Monday:  Pasta a la M, M threw this together a couple weeks ago and I am in LOVE! It resembles as carbonara but isn't...I'll take pics and get recipe tonight!

Tuesday:  Pizza Roll-Ups

Ok on to Cheers! Tonight my VCU Rams take on Drexel for the CAA Chamionship, the winner gets an automatic bid to the NCAA tourney! Last year the Rams made it all the way to the Final Four! So tonight in between bites of yummy pasta I will be cheering for VCU!
