If you've been reading my blog for some time you already know that Charleston, SC is by far my favorite city in the US with NYC a very close 2nd. Charleston holds a special place in my heart, it's where my family is from and where we got married almost 7 years ago!

St Luke's Chapel on the MUSC campus was where we got married

then we walked across the street to the Wyckliffe House for the reception

2 months from today we will be back in our favorite city and I cannot wait! Hudson will actually be going with his grandparents by himself for 3 days...someone please hold me! M and I will pick him up, stroll around for a few and then we are headed to Beaufort for a wedding weekend!

So What Wednesday

So What Wednesday

This week I am saying SO WHAT.....

  • If I have been wearing leggings, dresses, and boots since Sunday...I still can't find all my clothes
  • Hudson ate candy for breakfast on Sunday, no time to go to the store during a move
  • If I need a vacation just from moving
  • A cat apparently came with the house, Hudson named him and slept with him before we learned he had a home, damn thing spends the nights with us then leave at 3am....I feel used or maybe this is what a one night stand feels like
  • If all I want to do is fall asleep...

Go link up with Shannon!

Still Alive!

We are still alive...somehow survived moving Easter weekend! I'll be back soon once the Internet is up!

Pizza picnic at the new house the night before we moved in

Taking a break from moving with Grace

Easter Bunny found Hudson - new swim trunks, a book, and lots of candy that he had for breakfast

After church about to go hunt for eggs!

No family picture this Easter and believe me M and I were barely functioning Sunday morning but even though neither 1 of us got sit in on the service (he ushered & I hid the eggs) I am so glad we went to celebrate His Rising!
