Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!!! We have had a wonderful day as a family! Hudson woke up and we gave him his basket, it was a huge hit! Daddy then made us breakfast and we headed to church. It was one of the best services that we have been to at our church. After church we hid eggs and a little Easter egg hunt for Hudson, and finally after nap we dyed eggs! We packed a lot in but it was a great day :)

Diapers As A Fashion Statement

We had a wonderful weekend here in Florida, the weather was absoultely beautiful and we spent a ton of time outside! Mack finished painting our living room which only leaves the chair rail to be put up and then that room will be done! Hudson constantly wants to be outside....which is great but he always seems to find himself in the biggest dirt pile! We have a busy week ahead, I'm, working Monday, Tues, and Thurs, taking Hudson to an Easter Egg hunt Wed, and then havig our own Easter party on Friday! Lot's to do! Hopefully this week and next week will go by super fast and before you know it I will be headed to Charleston for a bachelorette weekend!!!!! I am beyond excited for a baby free weekend :)

Driving his gator Hudson has been helping Daddy with yardwork We took H out in the Jeep with the top down for the 1st time Baby Boy wanted to wear a diaper over his pants...... he is such a ham!!! I saw this beautiful sunset and had to grab my camera and capture it!

P.S. Please keep a friend of mine and her husband in your prayers, they had their baby girl Sunday, she has already defied doctors by coming out pink and screaming and his fighting for her life in the NICU

The Week in +'s and -'s (blogger will only post in 1 big paragraph)

I am stealing this idea and changing it a little from Kristin over at Klaw. Just a little rundown of how the week has gone! Sorry no pictures since I am on my work computer! Plus: It is Friday :) Plus: I am off the next 2 Fridays! Next Friday I will be hosting an Easter party for our playgroup and then the Friday after that it is off to Charleston for a bachelorette weekend!!!! Plus: Hosting a baby shower for my sweet friend Brooke tomorrow :) Plus: 1 week closer to going back to VA for a little while Minus: Work has been a total minus this week, too stressful! Minus: The cancellation of All My Children and One Life To Live.....when I was in college and a stay at home mom I lived and died by ABC soaps! Minus: When I went to pick up Hudson yesterday the assistant director informs me that he was hit with a toy, had a bloody nose and fat lip....ummm where was the phone call??? Minus: Work isn't over yet and I am falling asleep at my desk Have a great weekend!

Sno-Cones

Last weekend we took Hudson to the park and then treated him to his 1st sno-cone! Mack loves sno cones.....every place we have lived he has found a sno cone place. The one in Orlando is a small little place that you wouldn't even notice if you walked or drove by. They have awesome flavors and are extremely cheap!

Although we love the sno cone place here our favorite is still Sno To Go in Williamsburg, VA....by far the best sno cones!!!!

Hudson loved his sno cone, we got a flavor that matched his shirt so that seemed to cut down on the mess!

I Need A Vacation

I am in desperate need of a vacation after today! I normally get up (or my alarm goes off...) at 4:45, I roll out of bed at 5:20 and am out the door by 5:40am. Well this morning for some strange reason I was up at 3:30 and on the road by 4:40am......halfway to work I realized that I was way too early!!!!! So I turned around and got back in bed for another 20 minutes. My sleeping husband not only didn't realize I had gotten up an hour early but then didn't notice that I had come home. Love him to death but he is one deep sleeper. I started my diet coke intake at 4:30 this morning.....things are not looking up for the rest of the day!

I really just want to be here.....

Here's hoping I make it through the day and then straight into my comfy bed

Well We Lost

So my Rams lost to Butler in the final four :( I must admit I was pretty bummed but the boys played their hearts out and we are so proud of them!

Before the big game I went to my friend Stephanie's wedding at Rollins College! It was beautiful...so beautiful that I went to take pictures and noticed that I had not put the battery back in after I charged it!!! Not my brightest moment!

While I was gone Mack watched Hudson since we couldn't find a sitter, they had sooooo much fun together! There was a lot of outside play and very little nap :)

When I got home we put on our black and gold and watched the game :)
